Model Program

College in the High School - Duluth

Lake Superior College currently partners with 30 schools, offering 151 courses within a high school setting and additional enrollment in Honors Online courses at participating schools. This allows students to either remain in their high school learning environment earning credits for college by courses taught by their credentialed high school teachers or online by LSC faculty.

Student Eligibility:

Students must meet the PSEO Eligibility requirements as outlined in MnSCU and LSC policy and achieve required scores on the Accuplacer or ACT for designated course(s).

Faculty Credentialing and/or Teacher Licensure Requirements which support this program:

Participating high school instructors must meet credential requirements as outlined in MnSCU policy. Requirements differ based on discipline and /or special expertise.
